We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel located in a beautiful setting. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and were always helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, including a spacious and well-equipped bathroom. We especially enjoyed the delicious food at the restaurant, which offered a great variety of options. The gardens were absolutely stunning and provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. Everything was perfect and we couldn't have asked for more.

We had a lovely romantic escape in a tranquil location surrounded by rice paddies. the staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcome. the traditional Balinese decor in the rooms was beautiful, and we enjoyed lounging by the private pool. the food was a real highlight, with authentic Balinese cuisine on offer and the breakfasts were a great way to start the day.
The advertised access to the nearby water garden before it opened to the public was disappointing as the hotel allowed visitors in earlier than expected. the bathtub advertised in our room did not have a working plug, which made it difficult to use.

During my stay over New Year's, I liked that the hotel was not crowded, so I got a lot of personal attention from the friendly staff. The gardens were well kept and I had a great time strolling around them. The location was also great, with easy access to attractions and restaurants.
I disliked the fact that breakfast was not very substantial, with limited options. I also felt that the price of some of the meals was a bit high.

The serene atmosphere surrounded by water fountains and lush greenery in this hotel was breathtaking. I enjoyed the quiet and exclusive access to the water gardens in the morning and evening. The staff were friendly and helpful, assisting me promptly in providing transportation to explore the temple nearby. The room was well-maintained, comfortable, and had modern amenities for a relaxing stay.
Nothing.

Exclusive access to Water Palace. Comfortable Balinese-style decor. Large outdoor-style bathroom. Cute small pool for our room. Privacy and exclusiveness during rainy season. Reasonable included breakfast. Magical experience sleeping inside a historical site. Good restaurant with both local and western options
Couldn't find any faults at all

The location of the veranda with a view of the water gardens is nice and relaxing. the restaurant is beautifully situated right next to a pond with big koi. the breakfast was tasty and the staff was friendly.
The rooms were uncomfortable and the bathroom was outdated and cramped.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
